Meet Jennifer Nimer, Esq.

Jennifer Nimer is a leading voice in immigration delay litigation, known for filing federal lawsuits—including Writs of Mandamus—against both USCIS and U.S. consulates worldwide. She has reunited families separated by travel bans, helped clients stuck in consular processing, and resolved countless cases delayed by unjust “security concerns.”

Before founding Nimer Law, Jennifer served with the Columbus chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Ohio) for over a decade, where she honed her dedication to immigrant rights and community advocacy.
